Precautions for installation of sanitary ware in Construction Engineering

At present, public rental housing, affordable housing, limited price commercial housing, resettlement housing in shantytowns and self occupied commercial housing in many provinces and cities in China are fully decorated and delivered. Here are the precautions for sanitary ware installation:

1. The external surface of sanitary ware shall be clean without damage, and the installation shall be firm and stable without looseness; All connections shall be sealed without leakage; The valve can be opened and closed flexibly. After installation, the water holding test shall be conducted for no less than 2 hours without leakage. The water holding capacity is as follows: the high and low water tank of the toilet shall be filled to 10mm below the wrench; Various washing basins and washbasins shall be filled to the overflow outlet; The bathtub should be filled to not less than one third of the tank depth.

2. Installation of toilet; Before installation, the toilet must be checked for damage and cracks. The water inlet and outlet shall be unobstructed. Those that do not meet the quality requirements shall not be installed blindly. The toilet shall be installed stably and upright, located in the toilet compartment, the position shall be correct, and the plane level shall be adjusted with horizontal scale.

3. Floor Drain installation: the floor drain shall be installed outside the * * low ground level, and its elevation shall not exceed the ground, and the * * low shall not be lower than 5mm below the ground.

4. The longitudinal distance between the center of the drainage hole of the squatting toilet and the wall surface shall not be less than 540mm; the longitudinal distance between the center of the drainage hole of the sitting toilet and the wall surface shall not be less than 420mm; the height between the sitting surface and the ground shall be 300mm; installation of the washbasin: the edge of the washbasin shall be about 800mm from the ground; The distance from the upper edge of the bathtub to the ground shall not be greater than 520mm.

5. Installation of washbasin: the upper opening of washbasin shall be 800mm above the ground, and the installation support of washbasin shall be in tight contact without looseness. The basin shall be corrected with a level ruler, and the horizontal deviation shall be less than or equal to 2mm. The connection between triangle valve and washbasin * * is tightened with steel pipe.

6. The water supply connecting pipe of sanitary ware shall be free from defects such as concave convex bending.

7. The sanitary ware shall be fixed firmly. Expansion bolts shall not be used to fix sanitary ware in perforated bricks or light partition walls.

8. When the sanitary ware and various water supply pipes pass through the floor, the periphery shall be subject to leak proof treatment. After passing the inspection, they can be put into the next process for construction.

9. Avoid bumping when handling and installing sanitary ware. After stable installation, the drain of sanitary ware shall be read and blocked with protective articles, and the chrome plated parts shall be wrapped with paper to avoid blocking or damage.

10. When picking holes on glazed tiles and terrazzo walls, it is advisable to use an electric drill or a small chisel to gently remove the glaze. When it is picked to the ash layer at the bottom of the brick, use force, but not too hard, so as to avoid chipping the surface or shaking into hollowing.

11. After the sanitary ware is installed stably, in order to prevent the loss or damage of accessories, the accessories shall be installed uniformly before completion.

12. The installed sanitary ware shall be protected to prevent the porcelain surface of the sanitary ware from being damaged and the whole sanitary ware from being damaged.

13. Before the water test, check whether the floor drain is unblocked and whether the household valve is closed, and then conduct the same water test one by one according to the floor section and room, so as to avoid damage to the decoration project due to water leakage.

14. When it is not warm indoors in winter, all kinds of sanitary ware must drain the water. The trap shall be free of accumulated water to avoid freezing crack of sanitary ware and trap.
