The production process of ceramic toilet


Production process: mold design - mold manufacturing - slurry manufacturing molding - drying - semi-inspection - glaze manufacturing glazing - firing - final inspection - packaging


1.1 Mold development and manufacturing:


①Styling design:

Prototype design using 3D simulation technology of computer to ensure the combination of fashionable appearance and superior function of the product;


②1:1 handmade plaster prototype:

The mold master uses plaster to make the plaster model by hand according to the size and design requirements of the drawings.


③Sample mold making:
According to the plaster model that has been made, the sample mold is reproduced

Use: product sample


④Master mold (resin mold) production:
According to the qualified sample mold, it is divided into several parts, and the corresponding resin mold is made with resin as the main material.

Purpose: to make working model


⑤ Copy the working model:

Using the master mold (resin mold) that has already been made, cast a set of small mold parts with plaster. After repairing, they are combined into a set of working molds. After drying, they can be produced online.


1.2 Slurry manufacturing:


Raw material of mud: Kaolin and Ball Clay, Quartz, Feldspar

Raw materials of glaze: Kaolin, Zirconium Silicate, Feldspar, Quartz, Wollastonite, Zinc Oxide, Talc, Pigment, C.M.C. (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose).


Slurry formulation processing:

Self-developed slurry with accurate proportions, which is made by grinding, stirring and mixing with water, filtering, and super-magnetizing to remove impurities.


1.3 Forming and drying:


①Online forming ②Mold opening ③Drilling, bonding, repairing ④Blank ⑤Drying room CNC device

Automatic numerical control device, constant temperature molding, to ensure product stability and reduce the probability of finished product cracking.


1.4 Semi-finished product inspection


①Semi-overhaul billet and inspection ②Semi-inspection and washing billet ③Kerosol inspection
All green billets are fully inspected, and kerosene is used to inspect whether there are hidden cracks, pores and other defects to prevent unqualified products from flowing into the subsequent process;

The second-tier brand semi-finished product inspection uses water. The difference from the kerosene inspection is that kerosene has strong volatility and permeability. Even small cracks and pores can be found immediately after painting.


1.5 Glazing and firing

Automatic glazing avoids the unevenness of manual glazing, ensuring smooth and flat glaze surface and smooth flushing system; advanced tunnel kiln, high degree of automation, small temperature difference in the kiln, and high product stability.


1.6 Finished product inspection:


①Appearance inspection: manual all appearance inspection, computer counting and statistics


②Air leakage and water leakage detection: Fully automatic computer control, seal the sewage outlet, drain valve installation hole and seat ring, and then pressurize for detection


③Installation accessories:

After passing the appearance inspection, install the water fittings and conduct the water test function test


④Test water function test:
Washed surface ink line test, PP ball discharge test, anti-splash test, sewage replacement test, etc.
